Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Meat Cutter/Butcher to join our team. This role involves preparing high-quality meat products with precision and care, ensuring consistency, safety, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind a variety of meats according to company standards and customer specifications

• Accurately wrap, weigh, label, and price meat cuts for retail display or special orders

• Prepare custom or specialty cuts as requested

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety standards

• Safely handle equipment and may be required to lift up to 40 pounds

Position Details:

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Prior experience is preferred, but not required — training can and will be provided.

• Compensation will be based on experience and skill level

• Required- willingness to train and work closely with others!

Meat Clerk / Wrapper / Closer

Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable individual to join our team as a Meat Clerk. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service. No prior experience is required, we provide all training in-house.

This position is primarily for afternoon and closing shifts, with flexible scheduling available. A great opportunity for students or individuals seeking part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wrap custom meat processing orders accurately and efficiently

• Weigh, wrap, label, and price meat cuts for retail and customer orders

• Assist customers with orders both in person and over the phone

• Slice deli meats and cheeses (must be 18 or older)

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment

• Follow all safety and food handling procedures

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
